With a swirling bow, ears finely tuned, endless ranges of sounds and phrases, devilish rhythms, soothing strolls, conspiracies between strings and drums, the entire universe of Didier Lockwood is magnified here by the brazen mastery of Alexandre Cavaliere, surrounded by a strong and seasoned team: Manu Bonetti, Olivier Stalon, Jérôme Baudart. The master Didier, who once took Alexandre under his wing and made him soar, is here thanked by a tribute album that has taken on the task of capturing the entirety of the Lockwood sound, whether in an Irish Ballad or a rough rock groove à la Mike Stern. It's all there: the energy, the fluidity, the grace, and the distortion thrown unceremoniously onto our sound walls. And Didier Lockwood, on his cloud, watches the prodigious child who has grown up, comforted by the idea that he has become a master and choreographer in his own right.

Archet virevoltant, oreilles à l'affût, gammes infinies de sons et de phrases, rythmiques du diable, balades apaisantes, connivences entre cordes et tambours, tout l'univers de Didier Lockwood est ici magnifié par l'insolente maîtrise de Alexandre Cavaliere entouré par une équipe solide et aguerrie : Manu Bonetti, Olivier Stalon, Jérôme Baudart. Le maître Didier, qui prit Alexandre autrefois sous son aile et qui le fit voler, est ici remercié par un album hommage qui a pris le pli de brosser l'ensemble du son Lockwood, que ce soit lors d'une Balade Irlandaise ou un rock groove râpeux à la Mike Stern. Tout y est : l'énergie, la fluidité, la grâce et la distorsion jetée sans ménagement sur nos murs du son. Et Didier Lockwood sur son nuage regarde l'enfant prodige devenu grand, apaisé par l'idée qu'il est devenu maître et chorégraphe à son tour.
